The Capital Empire offered fantastic hospitality right from check-in. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The breakfast buffet stood out with a wonderful spread of fresh fruit and delightful pastries. Enjoyed my room with a cozy vibe, though the sound isolation could use improvement since I heard street noise quite a bit. I encountered a small hiccup with the room cleanliness—finding remnants of cement from the recent painting. shower design requires rethinking due to minor flooding in the bathroom. the inviting lounge and proximity to Sandton Mall made exploring easy.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment provided a comfortable stay, but the
Furnishings felt a bit dated. I appreciated the fully fitted kitchenette, which made meal prep easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast options were diverse. I encountered an issue with a noisy refrigerator that needed attention.

The room layout is more akin to an apartment, featuring a separate bedroom, a lounge area, and a kitchenette, which adds a lot of convenience. Being close to Sandton City and the Gautrain makes everything you need easily accessible.
Parking is limited and doesn't accommodate the volume of guests, creating some chaos. The room I had was not particularly inviting, and the temperature was chilly with no extra blankets available. the shower design leaves something to be desired—water tends to flood the bathroom, and I found myself dealing with poor lighting in the unit. I also experienced a confusing check-out process and misleading shuttle service information, where they tried to charge more than expected for airport transport.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need like free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and a bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, which I'll always remember. I highly recommend it for a great stay.
